Products that are eligible to earn points can be found here. Business members must make qualifying product purchases on WesternDigital.com. Channel partners will receive points on qualifying purchases made through Western Digital-authorized distributors or on WesternDigital.com.

All customers purchasing on WesternDigital.com must be logged in to earn points on eligible products. For orders made through authorized distributors, Western Digital will post points to the member account once POS data is provided by the distributor.

All points earned in a calendar year will expire at the end of the same calendar year. Any points pending on December 31st will rollover to the next calendar year.

Approved customers have access to track and redeem points for discount codes in their member account. Available discount codes depend on the customer’s available point balance. Once generated, discount codes can be applied during checkout toward any products sold on WesternDigital.com.

To use a discount code generated with loyalty points, the order total, before taxes and shipping, must be greater than the value of the discount. Discount codes are applicable on all products sold on WesternDigital.com but cannot be combined with certain offers. All discount codes are one time use only and expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were generated.
