Unlock benefits and tools for your business such as enterprise support, pricing and rebate tools, marketing, loyalty, rewards, and more.
For HDDs and platform products from Western Digital, WD, WD_BLACK, SanDisk Professional, and G-Technology, submit warranty claims via your Western Digital Support account. For flash products like SSDs, memory cards, or USB drives, submit your claim via Sandisk Support following their instructions.
Visit the Warranty Services section and select ‘Warranty Replacement Status.’ Depending on your product type (HDD/platform or flash), you’ll be directed to Western Digital or Sandisk Support. Input your details to track the request.
Go to the Downloads & Software page. Select your product model to access firmware updates, drivers, and utility software.
Use the Warranty Status tool to enter your product’s serial number and view your coverage and expiration date.
